How long is the delivery process?

Our delivery service offers delivery on items from 7-14 days

What do i do if i recieve a damaged item?

All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, you can as long as it’s reported within 7 days of receipt with picture evidence, we would then provide a free returns label and replace or refund.
